Workflow Building Blocks for Jira

Currently, it is possible to combine conditions using the AND and OR operators, but this is not always sufficient. I would like to be able to combine conditions using WHEN and THEN blocks, and also have the ability to link them with AND and OR.

Currently, the value for the project field is provided as a string. I would like to have the option to use a project picker instead.
