Field conditions on Transition screen should work even if a field referenced in a condition is not on the Transition screen.

The feature has just been released. Fields no longer need to be present on the Issue Transition screen in order for conditions to be evaluated against them.
This means you can now use fields in preconditions even if they are not displayed on the transition screen.
